Naked Quince. Our most minimalist recipe. Just quince, sugar, and lemon juice.
Cardamom Quince. Authentic Iranian recipe. My friend Noori agrees: ‘it is like my mom used to make it back home.’ Cardamom’s intense flavor gives a distinct brightness to quince preserves.
Rose Quince. Enriched by rose water. Made from rose petals, this essence contains powerful antioxidants and has a relaxing effect on your nervous system. If cardamom quince brightens your day and attitude, a delicate taste of rose quince relaxes and calms you.
Low Sugar Quince. Avoiding sugar and extra-carbs? This recipe replaces sugar with spices: cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, and cardamom. It still tastes sweet but contains 75% less sugar than the original recipe.
Honey Spice has no added sugar. Just a bit of honey and brightness of spices: cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, and ginger.
Quince Chutney. The raw power of quince spiced up with ginger, red pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and a light touch of molasses is the preferred choice of strictest vegans.

Wholesome Plum. Not a quince fan? How about delicious plum? These tasty preserves have very small sugar content and go very well with your yogurt, waffles, pancakes, toast, and oatmeal.
All our preserves are great with soft and hard cheeses (and wine!), with yogurt, on a toast, with granola and simply with tea. Our low carb preserves also combine well with roasts.

The quince is a very nutritious fruit that also has a very low calorie density. It is a great source of dietary fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Quince has a very high concentration of vitamin C, and is also a good source of calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium and copper.

It is underappreciated in the United States.
